Join a well-established organization in Northern Baltimore County as a full-time Administrative Assistant. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced office and enjoys supporting a team.

?? Position Overview
Location: Northern Baltimore County (no travel required)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Compensation: $40,000-$60,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Type: Direct Hire or Temp-to-Hire

?? Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to leadership and internal teams

Manage calendars, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements

Draft emails, reports, and internal communications

Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and paper)

Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage office supplies

Assist with light project coordination and data entry

? Ideal Candidate
2-5 years of professional office/administrative experience

Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Excellent communication and time management

Dependable, organized, and resourceful

Comfortable taking initiative and juggling multiple tasks
